This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Blinky Empire, including but not limited to Travel Consultation, Visa Consultation, and other consultation, advisory, or support services.
1. All Payments Are Non-Refundable
All payments made to Blinky Empire for services are final and non-refundable.
Once a client has made payment for a service, the payment cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred to another person.
This policy applies regardless of whether:
- The client changes their mind
- The client decides not to proceed
- The client does not use the service
- The client fails to provide requested information or documents
- The client becomes unavailable
- The client’s circumstances change
- The client is unable to travel
- A visa application is refused, rejected, delayed, or denied
- A government authority, embassy, consulate, airline, or other third party makes a decision that is outside the control of Blinky Empire
2. Visa Consultation Services
Payment for visa consultation services covers the consultation, assessment, guidance, and/or assistance agreed upon at the time of purchase.
Blinky Empire does not guarantee that a client will receive a visa, travel authorization, immigration approval, or any other government-issued authorization.
Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authorities, embassies, consulates, or immigration agencies.
A visa refusal, rejection, delay, or denial does not qualify the client for a refund.
3. Travel Consultation Services
Payments for travel consultation services are non-refundable once payment has been made.
Blinky Empire provides consultation and guidance based on the information available at the time of the consultation. Travel arrangements, entry requirements, airline policies, government regulations, and other travel conditions may change and are often controlled by third parties.
Changes or decisions made by airlines, governments, immigration authorities, embassies, hotels, or other third parties do not create an entitlement to a refund from Blinky Empire.
4. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services.
Blinky Empire is not responsible for delays, errors, or outcomes resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or late information provided by the client.
5. Rescheduling
Where applicable, Blinky Empire may, at its discretion, allow a client to reschedule a consultation appointment.
Any rescheduling request must be made before the scheduled appointment time and is subject to availability.
Rescheduling does not constitute a refund.
Blinky Empire reserves the right to charge an additional fee for repeated rescheduling or missed appointments where applicable.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
Blinky Empire may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
Any exception to this policy does not create an obligation to provide a refund in future cases.
7. Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing or booking any service from Blinky Empire, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you do not agree with this policy, you should not purchase or book our services.
