I also run Blinky Empire’s Brazil Birth Tourism service, guiding families step by step through pregnancy, delivery, and citizenship for their baby abroad.

The assurance we give is that we deliver 100% of our services. When it comes to visa approval, it lays 100% with the embassy, but with the right documentation, one has over 95% success rate, which is what our package offers.
An applicant can be denied visa based on police character issues, health issues, and mainly tuberculosis or applied with fake documents. We do our best to avoid that by venting all applicants.

We currently do not have any physical offices. All transactions are done and confirmed online !
Our consultation fee is 20,000naira non refundable fee. It is a one time payment after which you will have access to all our packages for free.
